We undertake the entire conveyancing process, working in partnership with you the client and the agent. Apart for all legal work, we also attend to financial institution’s requirements and ensure all government grants and/or concession entitlements are obtained.

If you are buying a property, we ensure:

  • all property searches and inquiries are undertaken;
  • all clearances are obtained as required;
  • all rates and other charges or outgoings attached to the property are discharged by the seller or appropriate adjustments are made;
  • all Australian government grants or concessions that you are entitled to are obtained;
  • you receive good Legal Title to the property;
  • your financier's requirements (if any) are met;
  • all necessary authorities are advised of your purchase;
  • both you and your agent are kept fully informed throughout the entire process.

If you are selling your property, we ensure:

  • you are paid in full;
  • all mortgages are properly discharged;
  • all documents required are correctly prepared and signed;
  • your contract settles on the due date;
  • all necessary Authorities are advised of your sale;
  • you meet all your obligations under the contract and are protected from the effect of a failure by the buyer to meet their obligations.
